* The Shops at Atlas Park are 5 mins away driving
* This listing is for spare room with access to hallway bathroom (gas, heat, electric, wifi and tv streaming included)
* Hallway bathroom is only used when guests are over
* Large 2nd floor patio with fire pit table, gas grill for bbqs, tanning chairs, and wicker furniture (tranquile vibes)
* Kitchen has new gas stove with griddle, air fryer, toaster, Keurig with tons of kpods
* I have a home office which I do not mind sharing (35" curved monitor with 2023 Apple Mac Mini M2 chip)
* Indoor projector with 100" screen for movie nights (I use it outdoors in the summer)

* I've lived alone since I moved in Feb 2022
* I am not in a rush to rent room, but will do so for the right person
* I am an avid hookah smoker (only in shared space, never in bedroom or office)
* I like to play loud music on the weekends while I clean or work on something (hiphop, afrobeats, reggaeton, soca, etc...)
* I like to keep the apartment clean and presentable
* I am very selective on my apartment setup
* I like to host small groups of friends
* I am a healthcare professional who likes to laugh and joke around and have quality conversation
* I do not smoke weed or cigarettes and do not like the smell, but you can smoke on the patio, I won't bother you
* I am very respectful and understand it is a 2-way street, so I expect just as much respect in return
