Room in large house, looking for room takeover

Hello! I’m the current owner of this room and I am looking for someone to replace me on the lease. The house is three floors and is located on a very quiet and beautiful street with access to several bus lines and the F train within walking distance.

Due to the house’s size, there are several roommates, but they keep to themselves and it’s usually calm. There is a shared kitchen with two refrigerators, a bathroom on each floor, a living room, a balcony and patio, and an open room upstairs to hang out or study.

Looking for 1st month rent and security.
