Large bedroom

Large bedroom, with a king size platform bed and nightstands, large desk, dresser, (wall decorations in the pics belong to the present roomie, will take with her). The platform of the bed has 10 extra-large drawers for storage. Also, there is an extra refrigerator in the kitchen, designated strictly for roommates. All furniture must stay, but you're welcome to bring additional furniture if you choose to.

Bathroom and kitchen are the only shared rooms in the apt. and MUST be kept clean at all times. Aside from cleaning up after yourself on daily basis, you'll be expected to take your turn at a deeper cleaning of both the bathroom and the kitchen. Cleaning time will be decided upon everyone's availability,

We are in a low-key, friendly, mess free, drama free environment, and are looking for a roommate who appreciates and values cleanliness, peace and quiet, and most importantly, Privacy.

Rent must be paid on the last or first day of each month. Internet, gas and electricity are included. If an Air Conditioner will be used, there will be an additional charge from June thru September.

Deposit must match the rent amount, and there must be a Full month's (30-31 days) notice if you decide to move out. Deposit will be refunded on the day you move out, provided there aren't any damages to the room (same condition you took it over in).

Apt. is located in Jackson Heights, Queens, 1 block away from all transportation. About 20 mins to Manhattan by subway. The neighborhood is very commercialized, a large variety of stores, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, etc.
