ROOMS ARE CURRENTLY EMPTY ! THERE ARE NO OTHER ROOMMATES.

One tenant per room ONLY.
Private family house with joint apartment.
NO front entrance.
Side entrance to the side of the house - Separate entrance will be able to access apartment.
NO access to main house, back house, or yard.
NO private parking, access to street parking ONLY.

2 Bedroom with kitchen and one bathroom/shower. Utilities include : water, gas, and electricity.

Transportation: BUS Q1 Q43 Q36 Q77 Q76
Access to F/E/J Train (10-15 mins ride via Bus Q1 Q43 Q36 )

Mini Strip Mall one block down includes : Laundry/ Foodtown/Chase Bank/ Restaurants
• Gas Station one block away
• Library two blocks away
• Post Office three blocks away

Guest are allowed until 8pm. Maximum 2 guests at a time are allowed for no more than 2 hours.

ONLY 1 overnight guest is allowed ONLY for 1 night per week.

Expectations of tents;
Throw own trash out and Recycle.
Bathroom and Toilet must be cleaned once a week per tenant.
Kitchen must be cleaned after each use.
