Searching for Responsible Roommate

I prefer profiles with pics. I am searching for someone who does not have guests over nor over-night guests at least most of the time. The apt. is small but the each bedroom is very large with windows and an AC.

-No couples; No smoking; No pets; Rent is non-negotiable; Shared kitchen and bathroom

For Students: Please indicate how you will pay for rent.

I am looking for someone mature, responsible, pays rent on time, and is trustworthy, i. e., can be alone in the apartment without having parties, wrecking it or stealing. I am a professional, straight female wfh and goes into the office sometimes. I tend to stick to myself and like to do my own thing. I am friendly, respectful and courteous to my roommates. I am bilingual Eng-Sp. U. S. Citizen with a good job. This is my apartment and I have lived here for many years.
