Large bedroom in the heart of Kew Gardens

I have a large bedroom available in 2 bedroom apt. You have to be okay with dogs. I have two female cocker spaniels who are super friendly but im not looking for anymore pets. Must be okay with a background check. Walking distance from the F, E and LIRR. 10 mins from JFK 15 minutes from Laguardia. 5 min walk from forest park where there is multiple running and hiking trails. Lots of food options and supermarket up the block. I like to keep a pretty clean living environment. Roommate would only be responsible for cleaning up after themselves. I take on the deep cleaning (unless you want to). Currently being used as a spare bedroom (Peleton bike , dog bed, and one desk will be removed) FEMALE ONLY
