The room is pretty big with it’s own bathroom. Kitchen shared. Laundry in building. I am looking for a roommate that won’t be too loud after 10 pm ( since I work full time in weekdays), I really like to keep my space tidy and clean so looking for a roommate that will appreciate that! Pet friendly apartment(Cats and medium/small dogs). I don’t have any pets, don’t mind if you do. Really cute neighborhood right next to Forest park. 3 min walk to LIRR ( GC and Penn Station in 17 min), walking distance to E, F and J trains.
