I am looking for someone who will keep the apartment clean and tidy, respect private space, pay the rent in a timely manner, and who doesn't smoke or drink and doesn't cook fish at home since allergic to fish smell. Friends are not allowed to stay overnight.
This location is 5 minutes from LIRR Kew Gardens Station, which is easy to commute from Adelphi University and 10 minutes from the E/F subway. Q10 and Q54 buses are 2 mins from walking. 30-40 mins to Midtown Manhattan, 60 mins to JFK Airport, and 30 mins to LaGuardia Airport. The neighborhood has Chase Bank, TD Bank, laundromat, and a lot of groceries and restaurants within walking distance.
