5 minutes to midtown! This spacious Long Island City (LIC) apartment is next to the Queens Plaza subway stop, one stop from Manhattan. Trains are 7, E, N, W, R, M, and we are also close to G and F

THE APARTMENT:
I’m seeking only one roommate to share the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. You get your own bedroom and your own bathroom. We would share the extra bedroom for office space, arts and craft space, storage, etc.

The bedroom fits a queen bed and desk, and it also has a closet.

4th floor walk up. No central air conditioning. Laundry is available in the complex, heat is covered, and electric is usually under $40 per person per month. Pets not usually allowed to live in the building.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
I’ve been living here for 3 years and love the neighborhood. Close to Trader Joe’s and other grocery stores, multiple gyms, tons of restaurants, and the LIC waterfront. Also close to Astoria.

ABOUT YOU
I’m looking for a roommate who commutes to work at least a few times per week. You have a stable income and like to be out-and-about exploring the city or being active instead of staying home. You like tidy spaces and you dust/vacuum/clean at least once per week.

ABOUT ME
27, she/her, and I work in management consulting. I commute to midtown a few days per week and work from home for the remainder. On weekends, I work in the arts for fun.

I cook a few times per week to meal prep, and I love to run and work out. On weekends, I’m usually out being social or I’m working on an arts project.

I’m looking for a roommate to be friendly with, but I’m not looking for my roommate to become a best friend.
