Medium size room

Hey. My roommate moving out to live with a bf so I need a new one.
Med size room has a full size bed and build in closet and storage area. Also has a table and a chair. It’s an old building, but in very quiet and convenient area to get to the city. Dutch kills/ queensboro bridge area. Trains is N, W, 7, E, M, R, F and G all in the walkable distance. East river parks/ bars and lounges all in the walking distance.
Looking for some one clean and organized person( who knows how to recycle and clean up after ur self) some one who is respectful and treat the apt as they own. House is very quiet and really good for working professionals or hard studying students. All bulls included except common used supplies and cleaning lady services.
