We are also one block away from the LIC waterfront, and Vernon Boulevard with all the restaurants, shops, bars, and Cafes. There is an Urban Market Grocery store and CVS literally right around the corner. There is both free parking and metered parking throughout the area. I drive everyday and park on the street without much of an issue. The building has a detached garage if you prefer indoor parking. Couldn't ask for a better location in Long Island City. Further down by Court Square, you also have the E ,G, and M trains as well.
