The apartment is located in beautiful Long Island City, and is at the center of it all. Commute to Grand Central takes 15-20 minutes via the 7 train. About 1 block away is the F train which gives you access all of Manhattan including Central Park and Brooklyn. Amenities include central air and heating, lobby mailroom, private package mailroom, garage in basement, laundry in basement, WiFi enabled, along with a living room that is fully furnished. The room is about 9’x11’ so it’s is a small room, but the building is rent stabilized, in a great neighborhood, and inexpensive compared to local rent prices.
