Looking for a roommate who will take over my room for new lease term beginning on May 4 (for 14 months), move in date flexible (starting April 15 for pro rate). Would love to stay here but I am moving out of state!

~ FLEX - so this is technically the livingroom but it's blocked off with a built in door (had a contractor come in and build one) and large closets
~ Large enough to fit queen bed, sofa, vanity table, coffee table, large desk, piano
~ 29th floor
~ Balcony
~ In-unit washer/dryer
~ Views of Manhattan AND Queens!
~ LOTS of sunlight
~ Sharing a bathroom with another roommate

About the building/location:
~ Avalon Riverview South
~ Great amenities (sundeck, gym, lounge)
~ 5 min walk to the 7 train (Vernon Blvd), 1 stop away from Manhattan! You can also take the ferry from LIC and go to Manhattan or Brooklyn.
~ There is an affordable supermarket and CVS just across the street. Super convenient!
~ VERY safe neighborhood, lots of young families and dogs
~ Right in front of a park (especially cute in the summer, lots of people on picnics)

Current roommates:
~ 2 other roommates (1 male, 1 female)
~ You will be sharing a bathroom with the other female roommate
~ 1 male student works from home but he's super quiet and rarely cooks
