The location is really convenient - 2 minute walk from 7, N, W, 5 minute walk from E, R, M, and 10 minute walk from G. You will be responsible for paying for internet and electricity (about $80/month). There is a laundry room in the building but you can also choose to bring your own W/D. Pets are allowed.

If you choose to sublet, the preferred duration would be June-October. If you choose to take over the lease, you can expect a 3% rent increase starting in November. The building is rent stabilized.
