Bathrooms and toilets should be very clean. Prefer a roommate that is active socially and is not a homebody. Definitely want to be close friends with future roommate. Will only consider roommates that will move in July 1st. Roommate needs to be willing to pay half of $3,616 security deposit to secure spot.
