I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in Long Island City starting June 15 with some flexibility for anytime in July or early August and with the option to renew for Oct 15 lease. We'll prorate the rent based on when your move-in date is.

- Long Island City near Queensboro Plaza station for NW7 train lines (3 min walk) and Queens Plaza station for EFMR train lines (5 min walk)
- Walgreens (2-3 min walk)

- Master bedroom with private bathroom (bathtub!) and 2 very large closets. Can fit a queen size or king size bed with ample space for a large desk, bookshelves, nightstand, etc. This is like having your own studio!

- $3000/mo (gas and water included, but electricity and internet are additional costs)
