Seeking 2 roommate to renew lease, LIC/Astoria

Seeking 2 female or LGBTQIA+ roommates to join me in my 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the border of LIC/Astoria. The building itself is a boutique luxury apartment with amenities (fully furnished rooftop with beautiful NYC views and grills, a laundry room, gym and common working area/ library room). The apartment and rooms are also fully furnished. The apartment is equidistant between Astoria Park and Gantry State Park, and close to a bunch of restaurants and Cafes. The apartment itself also has access to our private patio, and a dishwasher. The apartment is also local to N/W, R, E, F, G a key foods and a trader joes.

About living with me :)

I'm a 28 year old latina, who works in HR. I like to go out and have fun, but equally enjoy chilling in my room and relaxing. I'm clean, quiet to live with, but also social. I love trying new restaurants, and spending time with my family. I woek a 9-6 and have a hybrid schedule where I work in office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days a week.
