The rent includes all utilities (water, gas, electric, internet). Access includes a shared bathroom (newly renovated and sharing with one other person only) and renovated kitchen (sharing access with one other person only). Also includes washer and dryer!

The rooms are located on the top floor of the house (4th floor).

This cosy room is perfect for a young professional or grad student.

Location: just steps away from Court Square station (7, G, E, M) which will take you into Manhattan in one-two stops.

There is also a Trader Joes and Target within walking distance (1 block away) and many coffee shops and restaurants. Gantry plaza park is also a 13 minute walk away.

Looking for: we are looking for a roommate who is employed full time, clean, courteous and a non smoker. Sorry no pets.

Lease: this would be a month to month tenancy. No short term rentals (minimum stay is 3 months).
