The rooms are located on the top floor of the house (4th floor) with a separate entrance.

Location: just steps away from Court Square station (7, G, E, M) which will take you into Manhattan in one-two stops.

There is also a Trader Joes and Target within walking distance (1 block away) and many coffee shops and restaurants. Gantry plaza park is also a 13 minute walk away.

Looking for: we are looking for a roommate who is employed full time, clean, courteous and a non smoker. Sorry no pets. Female only roommates preferred.

Lease: this would be a month to month tenancy. No short term rentals (minimum stay is 3 months).
