Room W/ Walk-In Closet For Rent. Woodside/Maspeth

Hey all

My girlfriend(F27) and I (M29) are looking to sublet our second-largest room for a minimum stay of 6 months (no max.) in the Woodside/Maspeth area.

We are looking for someone to move in ASAP.

We live on the spacious and bright second floor of a private house which has 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom. My mother(F55) occupies the smallest room on the opposite side of the house for the time being while she gets herself on her feet again. She’s quiet and reserved, works full-time and isn’t staying more than 6months with us.

About us:
We are two current IT students who both work part-time jobs. Both raised in Queens but love our heritages. I am a native Spanish-speaker while my girlfriend is fluent in Bengali. Please feel free to message me asking any questions about us if you'd like.
