Transportation to bk or Manhattan is 25 min to an hour. Bus to M train (8 min) or 20 min walk. Q38 and Q67 are right outside the door and will take you to most other trains. QM 24,25 and 34 are right outside for city commutes (takes 30-45 min to get to midtown)
I’m not home often but when I am, I’m cooking or on the couch. I have a friend or 2 over a few times a month. I’m quite, friendly, pretty tidy. I’m open to a roommate with a cat.
