Hi everyone, I am looking for a roommate to fill my current roommate's space. (NOT for short-term sublets.)
I am a musician and a full-time photographer working at a studio in Brooklyn. Friendly and easygoing. I'm looking for a roommate with a good vibe, who is responsible, neat, and preferably for a single person.
Move-in day: Feb - Mar, 2023
Location: 64th Ave, Rego Park, Queens.
Subway Transportation: M, R [63rd Drive Rego Park] (3 mins walking distance)
You will have: 1 Living Room (with balcony) + 1 Junior Bedroom (with small storage space) + 1 Bathroom.
Size: Living Room: Roughly 165 square ft. Junior Bedroom: Roughly 154 square ft.
Furniture: Unfurnish. Once my current roommate moves out, the space will be clear.
I live in the main bedroom on the other side so that you will have a spacious private area. And the kitchen is shared.
It will be a background check, one month's rent for the deposit + the first month's rent. NO FEE.
