Roomate/friend/normal person wanted

Me:
Placing myself first cause a Roomate is just as if not more important than the actual place itself. Looking for someone relatively young (I feel ancient already at 24), who is also somewhat open to the idea of being friends (I’ve done strangers who live together before lol… a year is longer than you think!). Also please no major messes. I’m not the cleanest or neatest of freaks, but if you spill something wipe it and don’t leave garbage laying around (I live here too lol). Not really gonna have the urge to wipe the counters if they look clean though (if I come off as too nit picky). Other than that I have a WIDE range of humor (sarcastic, self deprecating, situational, dad jokes, etc…) and like to laugh in horrible situations to break the awkwardness. Me personally, I like to think the world is a miserable place and would prefer not to feed into it more by being miserable (everyone’s gotta cry eventually though so I get it).
Anyways I’m a nurse at NYU in manhattan and I’ve been described as “super funny but not really sure if that was intended to be a joke”. Gotta whole BUNCH of stories ranging from funny to horror to gross and I LOVE story telling. I feed off of energy in a room and can be the most charismatic person you’ve ever met or an awkward kid in the corner. I don’t do clubbing/partying (wayyyyy too socially anxious/small of a social battery haha). I likely will have a friend over occasionally but we won’t be loud or intrusive. You’re good to have a friend or two over occasionally too but please be respectful of noise. I wake up early so I ask for it to be quiet from like 10:30pm to 5am or so (I’ll let you know my schedule though so you know which days I don’t care about… I work a sporadic 3 day week, sometimes 4). Also I love road trips, maybe we can do a few :)
Also I’m Hispanic and am fluent in Spanish, totally into other cultures and learning more about them/trying their food. Not super important but felt like I should probably mention it.

Area:
Located next to R train, lots of bus stops. Walking distance from queens center and Costco (P. S. I have a car, so we can totally get lots of bulky groceries if needed)

Place:
Washer/dryer in basement, elevator, small apartment complex (6 floors and like 8 or so rooms on each one). Super in building M-F 8-4pm).

Apartment:
You get 2 huge closets, we split the kitchen, the bathroom (you get the two mirror sections I’ve opened), you get a queen sized bedroom that has the balcony/fire escape. We’ll have Verizon Fios WiFi (if that matters to you).
