Roommate needed

Hi!

The house has two floors:

Downstairs is the living room, dining room, kitchen and has a very small room with only a toilet.

Upstairs there are 3 rooms and a full bathroom.
Skylight windows on the top of the stairs and in the bathroom.

Washer and dryer in the basement.

We also have a small backyard and patio for BBQ’s/gatherings in the summer.

We have a small Chihuahua/Yorkie mix dog and a cat. Being ok with our pets is a must. Open to people having pets too.

My family (husband, 7 year old son , myself and our small dog and cat)
have a room available for rent, please look at my profile. (One block from J line 111 ST)

We do stick to ourselves when home (we are all gamers) so having privacy is not a question.
I am bisexual so all queers are welcome too. 😁

The room, at the moment, does has a bed and mounted tv, if you need the room furnished.
