Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Building has roof deck access, home gym, and virtual doorman. In the apartment we’ve got a full entertainment center and an additional gaming monitor.

Accessibility:

The neighborhood:
- 2 bodegas, dollar store, laundromat, dispensary, pizzeria, and tons of late night food spots on the block.
- Family friendly kind of area but also has decent nightlife. Very solid punk community.
- Lots of coffee shops, bars, live music, and great food in the area.
- 2 train lines plus lots of buses in the area. Parking is street parking but there are options to rent garage space in the neighborhood.

I am a theater technician on Broadway and also a professional fighter in the sport of medieval armored combat. I also have a skateboard pop up shop and teach sword fighting to kids.

My roommate works full time in entertainment industry and also produces music.
I have two friendly 2 year old cats that I have raised almost since birth.

About you:
Able to pay rent and utilities, communicate respectfully, and willing do your part in the usual shared responsibilities in keeping the home tidy. We don’t have to be friends but I do enjoy hanging out with roommates. No drugs, queer friendly and nice to my kitties is a MUST. You do not have to be on the lease but I do require everyone who moves in to sign a roommate agreement.
