Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Building has roof deck access, home gym, and virtual doorman. In the apartment we’ve got a full entertainment center with Nintendo switch, fire stick, and Roku tv.

Accessibility:
- 2 blocks from Seneca Ave station.
- 4 blocks from Myrtle Wyckoff
- Apartment is a 3rd floor walk up

The neighborhood:
- 2 bodegas, dollar store, laundromat, dispensary, pizzeria, and tons of late night food spots on the block.
- Family friendly kind of area but also has decent nightlife. Very solid punk community.
- Lots of coffee shops, bars, live music, and great food in the area.
- 2 train lines plus lots of buses in the area. Parking is street parking but there are options to rent garage space in the neighborhood.

My roommate works in service industry and as an audio engineer and is a musician.
I have two friendly 2 year old cats that I have raised almost since birth.

Able to pay rent and utilities, communicate respectfully, and willing do your part in the usual shared responsibilities in keeping the home tidy. We don’t have to be friends but I do enjoy hanging out with roommates. Nice to my kitties is a MUST.
