Furnishings include full size bed (bedding can be provided for a fee), rooms have closet, larger room can fit a desk.
Living room has TV.
Rent includes regular cleaning of common spaces (not the rooms) and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and some others).
Building has laundry in the basement.
Couples considered, $200 extra to rent for 2nd person (no extra beds!).
Price for 12 months lease, shorter leases please add $80 to monthly rent.
