Hi! Im looking for a female to rent my room in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom walk up apartment, it’s on 2nd floor. Room Available March 1st 2023 (beginning of lease).

Room has a window, private bathroom with deep soak bathtub, built in AC and heating, built in closet. Electric and WiFi not included.

Apartment has fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, high speed internet, a nice common room with TV, a dining table, shared full kitchen fully equipped with kitchen tools such as pots and pans, plates, utensils etc. We also have in-building laundry unit.

It is 7 minutes walk from M train Seneca Avenue Station and 12 minutes walk from L train Myrtle-Wyckoff Ave Station.

It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is literally a minute away from bars and coffee shops like right down the block (couple of which I've been to and really liked it 🥰). There's a lot of young people around too since it is pretty close to Bushwick.

My roommates are two nice and quiet female both in their mid 20’s, one works from home and one works in the city and we're looking for a female only. No pets allowed. This room is for one person only no couples allowed.

You need to provide proof of income/employment. Rent is $1000month. You must be able to provide 1st month’s rent plus a security deposit 1x the rent before moving in. Utilities and WiFi are NOT included (wifi is $30/person).
