There is one room available starting June 1st, 2023 or after (move in date flexible) and a second room available starting July 1st or after (also flexible). Rent for one room is $1t500/month + security deposit. No broker’s fee.

About: I sublease the two extra rooms in my apartment, so you’d be living with me and another roommate. I also have a female black lab/boxer mix who is very sweet and loves attention, so looking for someone dog-friendly and comfortable around animals🙂 Unfortunately, my landlord doesn’t allow other pets. I’m a mid-twenties woman, vaccinated with booster, queer friendly 🏳️‍🌈 and work hybrid in-office/remote doing marketing for a book publisher.

I love keeping my apartment comfortable and clean ❤️and will often hang out in the common spaces watching tv with my dog, cooking or baking a new recipe or reading with the candles lit. I like to go out on weekends and have friends over occasionally, looking for someone with a similar vibe who would make a good roommate and friend!
