Hardwood floors, high ceilings, and plenty of light throughout. Shared spaces include a large living room, full-sized kitchen, bath, and closets. As a roommate, I’m neat, communicative, considerate, and sociable but enjoy my solitude too. I'm the type who can't enjoy something if I think it bothers you and steps up my cleaning if you're cleaner than me. I’m out of the house for several hours a day and go out on weekends, but I do like to get to know my roommates. No expectation that we’ll be best friends but I think being on friendly terms, at the least, rather than total strangers is important in a shared space.
Looking for someone 25+ yrs old who shares that outlook, is chill, lowkey yet clean and willing to pitch in their share of chores and house supplies. Must be ready to commit to a one-year lease/sub-lease and pay rent on time. Cats allowed by the landlord but dogs are not. Smoking only outside the building. H&HW included, other utilities and Fios wifi split.
