Looking for a 3rd roomate that’s easy going and has a stable job or study’s full time
We have very busy active lives , both of us are from Australia and we both work in fashion pretty much everyday so we would like to find someone who is responsible and has a steady income.
The area is great and super convenient
We are just outside the M stop on Seneca and 5 mins from L train at Wychoff
Looking for someone preferable 12 months sublease or longer if things work out well
We have an amazing outdoor space which we are trying to set up for the summer so this is an added feature of the apartment
Plus 3 rooftops as well as on site laundry downstairs
