My roommate is leaving unexpectedly and looking for someone to fill her room.

Your rent: $2,050/month (includes utilities and cleaning supplies)
Your bedroom includes queen sized bed, smart tv, dresser, shelves, full sized mirror, blinds, closet with hamper, hangers, and shoe rack. Also includes basic toiletries, bedding, towels, etc.
+Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment
+Short walk to the L&M trains
+Grocery store 2 doors down

General appliances include: Blender, air fryer, toaster, panini press, electric tea kettle, iron, steamer, robot vacuum, etc.
Basement is furnished with a modular couch and a large desk with extra storage space, a 50” smart tv, and a half bathroom.

You would be living with me, a 25 year old fashion teacher and pattern maker living in New York for the past 7+ years. I am originally from Miami, a kind, clean, considerate, wholesome but fun roommate. I keep to myself most of the time but also enjoy company. I am handy and have spent a lot of time improving and decorating the apartment. I spend most of my weekends gardening and recharging.
