Rent $1300 per person. Spacious 2 BDR, 2 full Bath, 2 floors with finished basement, exclusive backyard, plenty of storage, high ceilings. Commutable via 9 min walk to M @ forest ave. 50 min total commute to midtown incl walking. 1st floor unit for easy move-in. A lot of the common areas already pre-furnished w/ couch, kitchen table, cookware, etc. so don’t need much more of that. Close to cool places in Bushwick. New appliances incl dishwasher. Have high speed WiFi at 50% discount. High-end supermarket being built directly across the street.
ASAP move-in date but flexible/open to July move-in date if June doesn’t work.
