Spacious, sunny room in Ridgewood (2bd/1ba)

Hello everyone, I have a room available July 1st in Ridgewood. It is located 5 minutes walking distance to the M train, 9 minutes to the L train. There is a dishwasher, central AC/heat, no washer/dryer but multiple laundromats nearby. Rent is $1,115 plus utilities. The room is unfurnished and you would also be getting the space next to the kitchen as shown in the picture. The apartment/room is near the train tracks but the passing train has become almost undetectable to myself and my prior roommate. No smoking per building’s rules. Only looking for 1 roommate so no couples and no pets. F preferred.

A little bit about myself: I am 28F and I commute to work so I am out of the house from around 7:30am to 6pm during the weekdays. I really value keeping the apartment a quiet and relaxing space, so looking for someone who keeps visitors to a minimum. I usually keep to myself but I value friendliness and open communication between roommates. I also try to prioritize cleanliness, so hoping to find someone who does as well.
