Searching for Roommate in Ridgewood APT.

Iso roommate to join our lease July 1! (year long)

• Queer household in Ridgewood Queens. On the border of Bushwick.

• 4bd 2 bath apartment on 1st floor with laundry in building. There is backyard access but through one of the bedrooms. Roof access is available.

• nearest train station is Myrtle Myckoff station two blocks away / 5 min walk (L/M trains)

• Buses (B13, B38, B55) bus stop is about 2 blocks away from apt - 5 min walk

• Pets welcome! (cats preferred)

• Currently no strict covid protocol in apartment, but can discuss if this is a concern for you

The room is $995 per mo+ utilities. You will be sharing a bathroom with two of the roommates.

To move in, would need to pay first month’s rent plus one month’s security deposit.

About myself - name is Alex - queer/23 working FT as an freshwater biologist. I work full time 8:30-4:30 in the office. I’m interested in the techno music scene and making friends to hang out with during nights and weekends.

Dario is one of the roommates in his 30s who is also queer and a baker and works nights and odd hours. Often out of the house.

Mitch is the other roommate who is a 23 year old male working as a Civil Engineer in the city. He loves music, exercising, and socializing/exploring the city. He can’t wait to explore all the concert venues, clubs, bars, and restaurants that ridgewood and bushwick have to offer!

We are looking for a clean, organized roommate who is a good communicator.
