Private 1 Bedroom available, fits a queen bed comfortably. Includes 1 Reach-in closet and access to finished attic space.
It’s very important to me that we both feel comfortable with this setup and get along well. I’m someone who takes pride in a clean, organized space and I’m looking for someone who values and will maintain a tidy home.
Available on January 22nd . Electric and wifi are not included and can range between $40-$75 each.
A friendly cat is welcome, however an additional amount of $500 will be added to security deposit.
This spot is perfect for an avid winter surfer looking for a secondary, temporary spot to store your board(s), enjoy a hot shower and have a place to rest after a surf session. Don’t surf? No worries, you’re still welcome!
