Room available iin 2 bedroom apt

Hello,
I have a room available in my 2 bedroom apt. located in the Sunnyside section of Queens. Room has two windows and own coset. Large enough to fit a full bed, dresser, desk bedside table and bookcase.. Room has been painted back to off-white and is no longer the green color. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and three hall closets. Rent is $1069 and spilt utilities (Con Ed and wifi, cable tv is optional) . Heat and hot water is included. Apartment id a two block walk to the 7 train, about 25-30 minutes to Times Sq area, 20 minutes to Grand Central area. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, CVS, Walgrens, bars Starbucks and two grocery stores within a few blocks. You'd be sharing with me and my senior cat. I am a 48 yar old female who works at a museum and teaches yoga and group fitness classes. Also does prop design and fabrication for theater. Non-smoker, non-drugs, neat and tends to keep the apartment clean. No smoking in the apartment.
