My name is Jael and I am looking for a new tenant at this very large apartment in Sunnyside. I am moving out and looking for someone to take my old room.
I love the room, it's huge and you have your own bathroom and walk-in closet.
There is two other girls there, they are both friendly and clean.
Sunnyside is a great quiet neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Also two gyms pretty closeby.

Some info about the place:
Women only
The lease is one year.
No pets allowed.
Laundry in building and private yard area.
Elevator in building and we're on the second floor.
No overnight guests allowed.
