Very nice, bright small room with a big window, furnished with a 14” mattress, a captain bed with 5 large drawers, a fan and a portable garment closet. It has a beautiful window seat with storage space underneath. Wifi and all utilities included, except AC in the summer.
Full bathroom to be shared with two females.
NO KITCHEN, but there is a common area with microwave, fridge, air fryer, toaster and a coffee maker.
No smoking, no drugs, no overnight visitors.
Common areas must always be kept clean.
