Room for rent

Hello… I have a spacious furnished room with abundant storage space. Inclusive of all utilities and WiFi. Only extra charge would be $50 a month if you decide to install an air conditioner in the summer. Shared bathroom and fully equipment kitchen but must clean up after yourself. I keep my home clean, drama free as a sanctuary. Won’t tolerate excessive noise out of the ordinary and room is only for TENANT occupying the space no sleepovers, no smoking, no pets allowed. Ideally looking for someone who works nights. Someone respectful , responsible and clean. Rent is $800 a month with a security deposit, proof of income and credit check.
