Hello all, I have a nice size room available for rent in woodhaven queens (11421). This room offers a large terrace and a queen sized bed. This room also comes with a queen size bed, a matching dresser and mirror. This room also includes a large closet, and second smaller closet. The room is for available for ladies only. It's just a few minutes walk to the woodhaven Blvd J/Z train and major bus lines (Q56, Q54, Q53, Q11, Q21). Supermarkets, delis and a variety of restaurants are all within a few blocks. Queens mall is only 10 minute drive.

It's a great neighborhood. I'm looking for someone clean, respectful and responsible (female only). Kitchen and bathroom are shared. The room is $1,000 a month. The room will come furnished with the everything you see in the pics (including a private fridge). I will need a security deposit and 1st month's rent. Proof of income is required.

The room is only for the tenant occupying the space. There will be no guests, no smoking, and no pets allowed. If you're interested or know someone that maybe interested, feel free to message me.
