Room in Woodside, Queens

Hi,

Available is a medium size bedroom in a two bedroom apt. in Woodside, Queens. The apartment is part of a six-unit building. Four minute walk to 61 Street 7 train and 8 minute walk to R train. Laundry about 2 blocks away. Bedroom has a small closet and a window. The bedroom is approx. 14 feet x 8 feet. The room is offered unfurnished (although the twin bed is available; otherwise, curbing it).

The rent is 850 a month plus utilities (electricity and WIFI). There will be an 800-dollar security deposit that will be returned when the keys are handed-in and the room is inspected. The security deposit will not be seen as paying for last month’s rent. A 30-day notice of an exit is expected.

Looking for a responsible, clean, trustworthy, and respectful male. No long-term expectation. 3 to 6 is months ideal. Absolutely no drugs or unchecked drinking.
