This is a shared apt where you can use 70% of the apt for yourself. Looking for a female occupant, preferably a student. Looking for someone who is calm, peaceful, spiritual, honest and pleasant to be around. Roomate also prefers someone who is outgoing and likes to have conversation.

The owner comes during the weekdays for a few hours to conduct his real estate business.

The apartment comes with free internet, gas and electricity. The building has a laundry room and a backyard, of which is mostly used by the children in the building. The living room, bathroom and kitchen are shared.

Absolutely no smoking, no drugs, no parties, no people sleeping over at night.

Process consists of phone interview and in-person interview.
