Bedroom in 3 BR apartment is up for grabs now!
Top of three-floor building. Room is set at the front of the apartment, two adjacent windows facing out onto street, gets lots of light in the mornings.. Large closet space!
Apartment takes up entire third floor of building - the rare opportunity to have a large kitchen, dining room, and living room!

Landlord lives on premises, room comes with bed. Less than a block to the 7, three blocks to M/R, 5 blocks to 7/E/F/M/R, 8 blocks to LIRR!
Very convenient for commuters. Be in central Manhattan in less than a half-hour, lots of great restaurant options in the area!

This is a great option for a for someone who works at LaGuardia or JFK airport, Elmhurst hospital, Queens College, or someone who might be considering renting a secondary living space for commuting into the city a few days out of the week.

$625 plus shared utilities (usually works out to about $60-75 a month per person).
Us: Two nerdy types, both working professionals in TV / film / entertainment, both with irregular working schedules.

You: Ideally same! Prefer female, 25-45 age range, respectful of
space, respectful of early morning and late night noise levels (we live directly above the landlord and families). Nerds welcome!

Pluses: Vegetarian or vegetarian-friendly.

No couples, no live-in significant others, no children, no smokers,, no drugs, no pets.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider candidates who frequently have guests and host overnight stays.

Landlord does not accept Venmo.
