Shared fully equipped dine-in kitchen, full bath, and living area. Newly renovated laundry room on lower level also accommodates bike storage.

Looking for respectful, clean, professional working female (late 20’s or older please). Shared bathroom, living area, and kitchen. Room accommodates a queen sized bed, and has two closets.

Rent is $839 per month with $37 per month per person for internet/wifi, and around $25-45 per month per person for electricity (fluctuated due to usage).
