Unfurnished room for rent in Port Richmond. My father and I are looking to rent out two rooms in our house. This room is roughly 180 sq feet with two closets. The property itself has a front porch, back deck and large yard. Very close proximity to 9 bus lines. The supermarket is within walking distance and there is a laundromat on the corner. Potential tenant must be ok with cats as we have two young ones. Looking for tenants 55 and older who can provide references and proof of income. Also, must be okay with using a PO box.
