I have a cat!

Looking for roommate that doesn’t mind a cat in the house and is neat. We will be splitting electricity, WiFi gas and rent down the middle. I have furniture throughout the house already but I am always open to making space for your furniture ideas! Some things to expect while living with me is I clean every week garbage is Wednesdays and Sundays and we will have to recycle. I’m perfectly ok with you having people over just let me know a day or two before hand and I will do the same! A little information about the room, it’s a good size can fit a queen bed with space for a dresser and desk two nice windows that let in a lot of light. A standard sized closet. Before you move in I will be doing a deep clean of the space to make it nice and fresh for you!
