Hi everyone! We have a four bedroom apartment on the third floor of a house in a lovely neighborhood. The current 3 residents are all PA students. Usually, we are out for most of the day during week days on rotation. We are looking for a roommate for our lease starting on July 1st. The rent in $600 monthly plus utilities which have thus far never exceeded $85 each. There is a living room (half is one of the current residents room and the other half is a living room containing a couch and chair) plus a kitchen, shared bathroom, and balcony.
