I'm subletting my spacious bedroom and office space in a large apartment located in Allston.

Available: January 1 - January 21
Rent: $750 (includes all utilities, heat, high-speed wifi, cable, HBO)

Private Room & Office: Your room is furnished with a queen sized bed (memory foam mattress), fresh sheets, towels, a nightstand, a large closet, and drawers for additional storage. The office space includes a desk and chair to study/work on and additional room for storage.

Apartment: 3 bedrooms (you will have the master bedroom), 2 baths, full kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher, laundry, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, a balcony with a beautiful view, and a large living room with a 50-inch smart tv, high-speed wifi, cable, HBO, and, Netflix. The apartment also includes a shared parking spot.

Roommates: two young professionals - lawyer and graduate student (age 30 and 31) who are extremely welcoming and friendly.

Area: a vibrant, fun area with tons of restaurants, bars, and cafes, a CVS Pharmacy, a larger supermarket (Star Market), Green Line T train station (Harvard Avenue), and bus stop (57 & 66) just 2 min walk from the apartment. 15-20 mins away from Cambridge or Central Boston.
