I am a 35 year old working single mom of a 4 yr old boy with finished large basement with private 1/2 bath for rent. The area is large enough for seperate living room space, bed area space and minimal kitchen equipment if wanted. unit is not furnished although I do I have some items if wanted (picture are of current tenants set up who will be outJan 1st) Complete usages of main bathroom for showering, kitchen and back yard. Washer and Dryer usage as well.
Looking for someone reliable, clean with common sense and curtsey, as my 4 yr old lives there.
I am not ain't social and you are not band to only the basement, more then welcome to hang upstairs with us, eat dinner with us. etc.
I do have a dog, he has diabetes and is going blind.. I am not looking for a babysitter/dog watcher. I take care of everything and make arrangements if I'm not home.
