We share two bathrooms and the other common areas: 2 big living rooms, kitchen, patio and plenty of space in the garage. Washer and dryer downstairs.
Landlord is super reliable and maintains the house very well.
Only reason I'm moving is because I recently graduated and received a job offer in Nassau.
P. S.: You have to be either a grad student or a non-traditional student to be approved by the landlord.
